This acclaimed developer set the standard for residential. With several large developments commencing and Auckland’s housing market continuing to flourish, they’re now in growth mode.
This expansion has created a new opportunity for a Civil & Infrastructure Project Manager to focus purely on the land development phase of their projects.
Detail orientated, you’ll have a strong knowledge of all aspects of land development (for residential subdivisions) from resource consent through the design and construction phases to achievement of 224c.
Reporting to the Development Manager, you’ll be tasked with managing the consultants and contractors to ensure the civil and infrastructure works are successfully handed over to the Residential Project Managers in line with the subdivision’s master programme and budget.
Ideally you’ll be a tertiary qualified Land Surveyor or Civil Engineer who has progressed into Project/ Development Management for a reputable civil contractor, consultancy or developer. To be successful you must have subdivision experience and be intimately familiar with Auckland council regulations for this style of work.
Proficiency in MS Project, budgeting and strong interpersonal skills are key requirements for this rare opportunity.
