Office Administrator

Are you immediately available and interested in a temporary contract position for the next 3 months? - Our client is looking for someone on a Part-time basis, ideally 30hrs per week who is comfortable working in a small team environment.
This position is Wanaka based and will see you working in a support function helping the existing team across a broad range of responsibilities including day-to-day office administration, data entry and database management, fielding phone calls, maintaining staff calendars, scheduling meetings, marketing assistance, finance/invoicing assistance and HR support.
To be considered for this role we are looking for someone with at least 1-2 year's related experience to date who understands the importance of having a "can do" attitude and what is needed in a busy and hardworking team environment. You need to be a team player who enjoys helping others.
