This position sits within Regulatory Practice & Delivery function, and the wider Customer Delivery business group.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Coordinator you will support our Regulatory Practice and Delivery (RPD) function, and you'll be backfilling our Coordinator who has taken a secondment opportunity in one of our operational teams.
This role works across a few teams to provide seamless support in the RPD function. We're looking for a team player, who is happy to try new things, work with new people, and be supportive to the other coordinators across our wider business group. This role will suit someone who is pro-active, resilient, and self-managing.
The day-to-day work of this role will be self directed, but will include light support for diaries, arranging meetings and events, sorting out travel, organising catering, and taking minutes for meetings. We also rely on our Coordinator for support for managers on recruitment, onboarding new staff, as well as supporting financial processes like monthly MasterCard and taxi reconciliation, organising purchase orders, processing expense claims, setting up suppliers, and invoicing. The Coordinator works closely with the Executive Assistant for the Head of RPD.

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
Experience in administration roles delivering high quality, proactive service to teams and customers. This could be previous admin/coordinator/PA experience.
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively, and self manage work.
The ability to learn, use and adapt to new computer technologies and systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting monthly financial processes.
Great relationship management.
The annual salary range for this position is $50,561 – 68,407
