The opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to join a people central, supportive business who are continuing to grow the property team. Your key duties will include:
Maintain consistent structure, measurables, standards and KPIs Develop and update contract specifications with stakeholders, managing contract plans, vendor performance and contract delivery outcomes Maintain and adhere to strategy for all agreed service agreements and related contracts Contribute to service strategies related to improving service provisions to the portfolio and customer experience. Establish contractor and supplier terms and conditions, Service Level Agreements, KPIs, and monitor and report on performance. Ensure all contractors are correctly engaged through effective tender and negotiation processes that are transparent and accountable. Maintain a schedule that identified when contracts are due for review, expiry, extension or market testing. Co-ordinate and update documents for any variations agreed upon or additions to services provided. Awesome things about this job...

You will ideally have a background in contract administration, procurement, contractor relationships and performance monitoring.
Experience in an operational administrative or contract support role Experience in the property/facilities industry is preferred Understanding of supply chain deliverables Strong communication both written and verbal Experience working in a high performing/collaborative team Excellent attention to detail skills How to apply:
