Admin & Accounts Assistant

Tieke Golf Estate has recently opened in Rukuhia, Hamilton providing premium golf and dining facilities for members and visitors.
We are looking for an energetic person with a can-do attitude, friendly manner, and proven office experience to join our team. The part time role will be to assisting with our accounts and administration.
Tasks and Duties
* Daily Banking
* Reconciliations
* Processing/entering creditor invoices
* General Member enquiries
* New and current membership administration
Skills and Knowledge
* Prior Administration and/or Customer Service experience
* Must have Experience using Xero
* Professional and tidy presentation
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized and efficient with high attention to detail
* Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office system)
* Willingness to assist wherever needed
* Can multitask
* Able to pick up new systems quickly
* Have accurate and fast data entry skills
* A basic understanding of golf would be great, but not essential

This is a permanent part-time position, 20-25 hours per week
Flexible hours onsite Monday to Friday
